Taking the PSAT/NMSQT test
gives students the opportunity to assess their verbal and
mathematical skills, to discover what taking the SAT is like,
and to qualify for scholarships awarded by the National Merit
Scholarship Corporation. The test consists of a verbal section
and a mathematical section. This review will help you prepare
for these tests.
Precollegiate Programs at the University
of Oklahoma sponsors this effective test preparation course
for PSAT/NMSQT and SAT. By providing a sufficient amount
of familiarization with the tests and administrative procedures
during this course, students will feel comfortable and know
what to expect on the day of their test. This course is an
excellent building block for the SAT exam.
